Payment Using iDEAL

Customers who have a bank account with a Dutch bank may pay with iDEAL.

During checkout, select iDEAL as the payment method and select your bank from the drop-down menu. Complete the ordering process by selecting Buy Now.

You'll then be redirected to the online portal of your bank, where you can log in with your online banking login details to complete the payment. All transaction details will be filled in already, and you'll only need to confirm the payment. After the payment is completed successfully, you'll be redirected back to Amazon and receive an order confirmation by email.

Note:
  • You can use iDEAL as a payment method for your Amazon Prime membership or Prime Video add-on subscriptions. However, 1-Click, some digital, and subscription orders can't be purchased using iDEAL.
  • You'll be charged when you confirm the transaction. If you cancel your order before it dispatches, you'll receive a refund for the charged amount.
  • If you pay with iDEAL, the payment method can't be changed after the order was placed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one, as long as the order hasn't entered the dispatch process.
  • If you'd like to redeem a gift card or promotional code for your order, enter your code during the checkout process, before choosing iDEAL as the payment method.
