Issues Accessing Previous Prime Video Purchases and Rentals

When you buy or rent movies on Prime Video, your content is available via PrimeVideo.com and the Prime Video app under Purchases & Rentals.

Should you change your home billing address to a new country or subscribe to Amazon Prime in a new country, previous purchases and rentals may no longer be accessible in some instances. Please contact customer service if you have moved countries and have lost access to purchased content.

Note: This doesn’t apply to customers who are traveling internationally but haven’t updated their country of residence or Prime subscription country.
