Noah begins his journey at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, Canada, where he says "yes, cheese" to the Blue Balsamic. Later, he ends his culinary adventure at the State Fair of Louisiana with the sweet Not Yo' Average Nachos.

Noah checks out Magical Winter Lights in Houston and Dickens on the Strand in Galveston, Texas.

Noah starts the festival season off right with wacky takes on the classics at the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach, Florida. He then heads west to the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver.

Noah samples the craziest and the most delicious funnel cakes from across the country, including a farm-fresh Funnel Cake Sundae in Ohio and maple syrup-drenched Funnel Fried Bacon in Georgia.
