1. What is the NBA?

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is the premier basketball league in North America and is considered the highest level of the sport.

2. Do I have to pay extra to watch NBA League Pass?

NBA League Pass is a subscription service featuring all pre-season, regular season, and playoff NBA games, both live and on-demand, as well as access to other content like NBA TV and game highlights. You can choose League Pass, which includes games from all teams, Premium subscription which includes additional access to the in-arena feed with no commercials, offline viewing, and streaming three concurrent devices, or a Team Pass which includes all games for a single team.

3. What games can I watch with NBA League Pass?

All NBA games are included in an NBA League Pass subscription. This includes regular season, playoffs and finals games. League Pass subscribers also have access to NBA TV at no additional cost. NBA TV's 24/7 basketball programming includes live studio coverage, original shows, select NBA and WNBA games, pre- and post-season games, and more. NBA TV is not included with Team Pass. NBA TV is not available in Japan or Italy.

4. What does "Check Back Later" mean for NBA games?

If you see "Check Back Later" on a game in the NBA schedule, this means that the schedule is still being determined. Please check back later for details.

It's easy to find - go to the Prime Video app on your TV, computer, or mobile device, and you'll see games on Homepage in Sports carousels, Sports page, or the NBA league page. You can also search NBA, team names, or a specific game.

6. Is my NBA League Pass subscription transferrable between Prime Video and the NBA app?

Yes, if you subscribed to NBA League Pass on Prime Video, you can use that subscription to watch NBA League Pass on the NBA app, and vice versa. 7. Can I watch NBA League Pass games on any device?

Live sports are available on Amazon devices such as the Fire TV and Fire tablet, connected TVs, web browsers, and on more than 650 connected devices via the Prime Video app. For more information refer to the full list of Supported Devices.

8. What does it mean if I use a device that is not optimized for watching live content?

On some devices released prior to 2020, you will be able to watch NBA League Pass games but may not be able to access all advanced features. If you experience issues, you can either try another supported device or get a new device like the Fire TV Stick 4K.

9. What countries is NBA League Pass available in?

NBA League Pass is available for subscription in: the United States, Australia, Austria, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, France, Spain, India, the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Chile, Colombia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Japan, Finland, and New Zealand.

10. What types of streams are available to watch via NBA League Pass?

NBA League Pass subscription offers three ways to watch each game: Home, Away, and Mobile. Home includes commentary from the Home team's announcers, Away includes commentary from the Away team's announcers, and Mobile is optimized for viewing on smaller screen devices. League Pass subscribers can also watch games with Multiview, which allows customers to watch multiple games at once on the same screen using Apple TV or select Fire TV devices.

11. What languages will be available for NBA League Pass?

English commentary will be available for all games on your NBA League Pass Subscription.

12. How can I catch up on NBA games i have missed?

NBA League Pass includes on-demand replays for each broadcast, and several condensed replays of each game.

13. Can I rewind, fast-forward and pause on my device?

Rewind, pause and fast forward functions are available for Android/iOS Mobile, Web (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), Fire TV, Apple TV (Gen 3 and latest) and select Smart TVs.

14. How can I switch subtitles on or off?

You can turn Subtitles on or off by selecting the "CC" icon in your playback controls. For some devices, the Subtitles icon looks like a dialogue box, or it may be listed as a menu option under "Subtitles" on the video's detail page. Subtitles are available in English only.

15. How many games can I stream at one time?

League Pass subscribers can view one game at a time using the same Amazon account. League Pass Premium subscribers can watch one game on up to three devices at once using the same Amazon account. Additionally, customers will have access to multiview, which allows multiple games to be viewed on the same screen using Apple TV or select Fire TV devices.

16. What is Multiview on Prime Video?

Multiview allows you to watch multiple live sports streams simultaneously on one screen. Simply go to any live event stream and press the down button to select Multiview, and then choose from available streaming events to add to your Multiview window. Multiview is available on Apple TV and select Fire TV devices.

17. I'm experiencing streaming issues, what can I do?

First, check your device's available bandwidth speed. For the best live streaming experience, we recommend using a Fire TV, or a supported device with a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps for SD and 5 Mbps for HD. Prime Video serves the highest quality streaming experience possible based on the available bandwidth speed. If you're experiencing issues with choppy video motion, we recommend turning the Motion setting on your TV to Off. This setting's name might be different depending on your TV manufacturer. Some examples of the Motion setting include Auto Motion Plus, Tru Motion, MotionFlow, Cinemotion, and Motion Picture. If you still experience issues, please contact us.

18. I'm experiencing audio-sync issues, what can I do?

Manage Your League Pass Subscription

20. What NBA League Pass plans are available?

You can choose either a League Pass subscription which includes games for all teams, a Premium subscription which includes all games, access to in-arena feeds with no commercials, downloading games for offline viewing, and the ability to view 3 concurrent streams, or a Team Pass subscription which includes games for a single team.

21. When will this subscription renew?

The NBA League Pass season pass subscription will automatically renew at the start of each season at the full-season price unless you turn off automatic renewal, and NBA League Pass annual subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis. The NBA League Pass monthly subscription will automatically renew every month unless you turn off automatic renewal. To turn off automatic renewal, visit Manage Your Prime Video add-on subscriptions and then select Subscriptions. If you turn off automatic renewal for your subscription, you will still be able to watch your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

22. Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can change, upgrade or cancel your subscription by visiting Manage Your Prime Video add-on subscriptions and then select Subscriptions.
