When Kylie graduates from high school, Kris decides to throw an extra-special party. Kim's pregnancy cravings take her halfway around the world, but it turns out her jet setting could be putting her at risk. Khloé responds to a presence in her house by getting in touch with her psychic side.

Kylie's 18th birthday gives Kris a reason to meet Caitlyn for the first time. History repeats itself as Kim takes over Kris's home in preparation for baby number two. Khloé takes steps to move forward.

After finally choosing to move forward with her divorce, Khloé seeks solace in Mexico City at the big cat rescue foundation, Black Jaguar White Tiger. Meanwhile, Kris complicates matters by carrying on her own separate correspondence with Lamar.

The family flies to St. Bart's to forget their troubles, but drama has a way of following them. Kourtney is distracted when she gets disturbing news about Scott, Kendall has beef with Kylie for bring her boyfriend Tyga, and Kris struggles to get back on Kim's good side.

Meanwhile Kendall struggles to find a balance in her relationship with Caitlyn. And while Kourtney is out of town on a girl's trip with friends, the family must help Scott as he hits a low point.

Kris decides the family needs "Communication Therapy" when she and the girls continue bicker but her plans backfire when she misses one of the sessions.

Kim spearheads the planning for a grand 60th birthday party for Kris but fears she may have taken on too much at nine months pregnant. Scott finally enters rehab, but only time will tell if he is ready to change.

The girls recreate a legendary family video as part of Kris's epic 60th birthday bash. Meanwhile Khloé struggles to find a balance between supporting Lamar and returning to her daily life.

In the season finale, with her due date rapidly approaching and her baby breached, Kim learns that her house construction is delayed even further, leaving her living situation in limbo.
