Fear Factor

Contestants will be seated in the driver's seat and truck of a stretch limousine suspended on a 45-degree angle just above the surface of the water. Contestants will have to transfer a gross blend of bugs through a plexiglass tube. Contestants are tied into their seat and to the steering wheel of a convertible automobile, which will be hanging over a cliff approx 100-feet in the air.

Contestants will be laying on their back bound at their ankles, waist, and one wrist to a plexiglass platform that is hung from a helicopter. Contestants will play a game to determine how much skunk, possum, rattlesnake and armadillo they will have to eat. Contestants will have to cross 4, 20-foot rotating beams placing flags along the way.

Contestants will be locked in a plexiglass box that will be hung from a crane and lowered into the water leaving approx. 1-foot above the water for breathing. The other contestant will be outside of the box where they will build an unlocking device and free their partner. A contestant bobs into a tank of gelatinous fluid for animal tongues. The final team stunt includes a truck car ramp.

The contestant is sitting on a bicycle on top of a semi-truck that is traveling down a road at approx. 35 miles per hour. Using only their mouths contestants will have to pick-up tomato hornworms and squeeze the juice out of the worm and into a glass. In this stunt the contestant must walk on a 12 inch, 60 foot teeter totter beam from one building to another.

The contestants will be riding on the back of a jet ski, traveling at approx. 25 to 30 miles per hour. Contestants are placed in a plexiglass helmet, which is then filled with water and moray eels. The contestants must ride a platform that is continuously moving up or down, along the way there are 6 stations that they must get off and retrieve a flag and return to the moving platform.

The contestants will be bound face to face by their wrists to a pole that is attached to a circular platform hanging under a helicopter. Two contestants are placed into a single plexiglass helmet filled with thousands of spiders. The contestants will be bound by their ankles to a platform which is attached to a lever that is weighted at the opposite end holding the platform in the air.

Contestants will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and one wrist and locked to the face of a 20-foot diameter wheel that is set halfway into the water. Contestants drink various types of disgusting liquids at the Fear Factor Bar. Contestants must stand on a swaying platform that is approx. 3' by 3' hanging beneath a helicopter.

A tesla coil shoots down bolts of electricity while the contestants wear a chain mail suit and walk back and forth across the beam transferring metal rings. Contestants are secured into an upright expanded metal coffin, which is then filled with bugs.

The contestants will climb out of a moving tram and grab hold of a cargo net that is attached to the underbelly of the tram. Contestants will drink a blended shake consisting of deboned deep-fried rats. A plexiglass wall with a two-inch lip hangs under the helicopter and the contestants must traverse the perimeter of the wall releasing flags along the way.

In this couples stunt, the contestants will be standing on opposite platforms suspended 100 feet in the air. Contestants will have to siphon gross fluid (worms, crickets, cow parts, pig parts etc) out of 4 containers and into a large funnel.

2 poles will be attached and hung off the front end of a dump truck, contestants must make their way out on the pole pulling flags as they make their way to the end. Contestants will be standing on a car that is suspended over the water by a crane. The car is specially designed to rotate like a rotisserie.

Contestants will be standing on top of a plexiglass platform that covers the surface area of a water tank. On "go", the first team member must enter the water through a vertical tube. Contestants will be standing on a tube that is suspended approx. 100' in the air from a crane. The tube will begin to roll and the contestants must stay balanced on it.

Contestants will be standing on the platform that is suspended from a circular truss piece that has gymnastics rings hanging all the way around from the bottom. On "go", the contestants will make their way around the rings as fast as they can. Contestants will lick bugs off of dangling bug-covered ropes and transfer them onto a scale.

On "go", the contestants must climb out of a dingy and up a cargo net releasing flags as they make their way up. Contestants are seated around a traditional Thanksgiving dinner table. Each contestant will have to choose three out of five courses to eat. The decision whether or not to eat a particular course will be made without knowing what disgusting food items will follow.

On "go", a room will begin to be lowered into the water at a constant speed. The contestants must get out of their chair and go to the far end of the room to retrieve a ring of keys. Dressed in a dog bite protection suit, contestants must place 4 presents into corresponding stockings while being attacked by a trained attack dog.

Contestants will play a game to determine how many disgusting donuts they will have to eat along with a tall glass of curdled milk. Contestants will be standing on a truss structure that is approx. 20' above the water. On go, the contestants must make their way across each of the 3 sets of beams of various widths to pull flags at the opposite end of the structure.

In this head to head couples stunt, the male contestants will be hung by their ankles to helicopters, they must hold a 3-foot knotted rope lifting their partners no more than 20-feet above the water. Each team will be in their own massive trough filled with fish guts, squid, and fish scales. The couple will pull their hanging fish off of hooks and pull them through the trough.

Contestants launch a piece of cow stomach to their partner on a small raft in the middle of a swamp. In this couples stunt, the contestants will be standing at a podium on the roof of a 5 story building. On "go" the couples much each complete an eating task. Once they have completed the above task they will be yanked off of the roof of the building and dangled from a crane.

In this couples stunt, each team is seated in the front of their own car. The drivers are blindfolded and the passengers must navigate for them. The male contestants head is placed through a hole cut into the bottom of a plexi-sewer pipe, his partner must rescue him by crawling into the pipe and reaching around his head to undo a combination lock.

Contestant's heads are placed in separate medieval-looking helmets (one filled with snakes the other with rats). In this stunt, one of the contestants will be wearing weighted boots. On "go" the contestants will be dropped into the water and the other contestant must dive in and release the clasps.

Contestants go through the Fear Factor Triathalon. Contestants must guide their blindfolded partner through a maze of electrical tripwires designed to deliver a safe but shocking electrical charge when triggered. For every sprung tripwire, both contestants will receive a jolt.

Couples will hand feed each other in an attempt to eat as much disgusting food as they can in a period of 30 minutes. In this couples stunt, each contestant will be standing on a beam, each with one end of a rope, and they must work their way across the beam. One contestant must lean out away from the beam to gather the flags.

In this final couples stunt, both contestants will be riding on the back of an Ultraboat they each must grab hold of their own rope ladder hanging from a helicopter. Once touching down, contestants enter a trailer bed of a semi trailer and complete a small task to retrieve a car key, hop into a car, fasten their seatbelts and drive the car out of the back of the semi.

In this stunt a rope will be suspended between two helicopters. On "go" the contestant must traverse the rope from beneath one helicopter to the other end of the rope beneath the other helicopter while releasing flags along the way. For the last stunt, the contestants will be driving their stunt car over a ramp car.

On "go" the car with the contestants inside will begin to rotate into the water as they work to unlock their waists and wrists allowing them to escape from the car. Contestants will play a game to determine the quantity and variety of Fear Factor Sushi, made of various gross items.
