Christian makes the trip to FourWheeler's Ian Johnson's personal shop in Tennessee to build a custom cab truck for this year's Ultimate Adventure. Starting with a stripped-down cab, Christian helps Ian build a custom chassis and prep some one-ton axles for the rolling chassis.

Christian returns to Ian's shop to tackle the drivetrain for the Real Truck, Ultimate Adventure Colorado build. With a new four-speed transfer case from Off Road Designs, an LS Engine and freshly rebuilt front and rear axles, the Colorado is starting to take shape for this annual event.

Christian returns to Ian's shop to finish up the Real Truck Colorado build for this year's Ultimate Adventure trip. Swapping a new cab onto the custom chassis and building a custom roll cage to keep everyone safe during this year's epic trip through four states, then Ian drives it to the beginning of the trip and spends a week in the dirt with this custom build.

After adding some overland upgrades, Cody Busch takes the Ford Bronco to the 2023 Overland Adventure. We find some weak points on the trail so it’s back to Wood’s Offroad in San Marcos, CA where Christian Hazel and Johnny Wood add some final parts to make this Bronco a trail-capable overlander.

Christian heads back east to Ian Johnsons Big Tire Garage for another ambitious project. With two iconic Cummins powered vehicles needing a refresh, Christian and Ian make quick work of the worn our high mileage Jeep TJ that started the Cummins R2.8 Crate Engine program years ago saving it from the rust that is consuming the frame and body be beginning the process of turning the TJ into an LJ.

In this episode the Wrangler frame modifications are completed, the tub gets stretched, and the suspension build begins. Then the Cummins R2.8 Turbo Diesel Crate Engine is mated to a new AX15 with upgraded conversion parts, the axles are prepped, and the wheel and tire package gets assembled . Then it's time to introduce the big Dodge Ram pickup part of this build series!
