Random Breath Test

Officers in Wollongong are diverted from their regular RBT duties by an emergency call over the radio. They join in the hunt for a runaway driver who fled from police when they tried to pull him up for a breath test. He led police on a dangerous chase through the backstreets until he crashed his car into a dead-end street and fled, climbing over back fences and running through yards.

In fact, the driver admits that he's been on a twelve-hour drinking binge. To cap it off, he's been convicted of drink driving before and his license is suspended for another seven months.
