Michael uncovers unbelievable news when he seeks revenge for Sara's death; Michael and Lincoln receive an offer from Homeland Security that they cannot refuse; Mahone suffers a devastating loss; and T-Bag is deserted during his flight to freedom.

In order to get a copy of the Scylla card, the gang must break into the well-guarded home of Company man Tuxhorn; and T-Bag goes to extremes to survive.

Michael and the team have one day to find the next cardholder or they risk going back to prison; Mahone seeks revenge on Wyatt, who is searching for Sara; and T-Bag finds the gateway to his new identity and future.

Michael, Lincoln, and Sucre must crash a police benefit to obtain the next data card; reeling from another death, Sara falls back into an old habit; and T-Bag arouses suspicion and runs into some old "friends" on his first day at his new job.

The gang, with Don's help, must break into a safe in the Federal Building to get the next Scylla card; Mahone tries to track down Wyatt; and T-Bag is nearly exposed, and gets a disturbing visit.

Mahone is arrested, putting the whole gang at risk; and putting Mahone right in Wyatt's sights; T-Bag is forced to flee as his charade is discovered; and Gretchen visits her estranged family.

While Linc, Sucre, Sara, and Roland follow a Scylla cardholder to Vegas, the others go after T-Bag; and Don confronts Pad Man.

A daring plan is hatched to get the final card from Pad Man; and an uneasy alliance is formed with Gretchen, but there's a traitor in the ranks.

The gang needs to get through a 30,000 gallon water-main to get to Scylla; T-Bag fends off an investigation; and Mahone waits for revenge on a captured Wyatt.

Michael collapses, and must go to the hospital; Sucre steps on a landmine; Mahone meets with Scylla's designer; and Trishanne has a surprising secret.

The team carries out their elaborate plan to steal Scylla, accompanied by an ailing Michael; Gretchen encounters a setback in getting the sixth card; and Gretchen and T-Bag lay a trap for Don and Trishanne.

Michael and the gang pull off the Scylla heist from deep within Company headquarters, but a terrible surprise awaits them.

As the gang deals with Don's betrayal, Linc is captured; and Don forces Gretchen to help him find a new buyer for Scylla.

Don and Gretchen, Michael, and the Company are all after Scylla; T-Bag, holding Gretchen's family hostage, has a hard decision to make; and Michael falls into Company hands.

Michael enters surgery, and hallucinates an old friend with advice for him; and as Linc and Sucre try to retrieve Scylla before Self and Gretchen can sell it, Michael realizes something about Scylla's true nature.

Linc, Self, Gretchen, and T-Bag go to Florida to retrieve Scylla; and Michael, held captive by the Company, learns something startling about his mother.

The Company pits Lincoln, Mahone, T-Bag, and Don Self against Michael and Sara in a race to retrieve Scylla, and all roads seem to lead to Michael and Linc's mother; as a gunman hunts Michael down, General Krantz experiences an unexpected betrayal.

Michael and Lincoln square off over Scylla as Christina orders a kill shot, and set sets her plan in motion; Sarah receives some unexpected news; T-Bag causes a scene at the Indian Embassy; and General Krantz's paranoia leads to a death.

Michael has an uneasy reunion with Christina, who drops a bombshell regarding Lincoln; Lincoln races to stop Christina's deadly master plan; and T-Bag must prove he is a Company man.

Pandemonium erupts at the hotel following an assassination at the global energy conference, and Michael must choose between saving either Sara or Lincoln.

Familiar faces return to help Michael in his quest to bring down the Company once and for all.

Michael has a final confrontation with his mother, and gets an offer of help from Kellerman that may be too good to be true.

Michael and Sara's newfound happiness is short-lived, as Sara soon finds herself in prison, and Michael must break her out before a vengeful Krantz has her killed.

Michael orchestrates his final prison break in order to free Sara, but first Sara has to stay alive long enough for Michael to get to her.
