Buddy Valastro cooks up some of his family favorite dishes featuring vegetables fresh from the farmers market. He makes cavatappi with roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, creamy whole wheat vegetable lasagna and an ice cream parfait with warm berry sauce.

Food, family, love -- now that's Italian. Buddy Valastro and his sister, Madeline, cook their family favorites: a veal chop Parmesan, Caesar salad, spinach- and artichoke-stuffed shells and, for dessert, Madeline's favorite -- ice cream tiramisu.

Buddy Valastro whips up his favorite dishes for Cousin Anthony and Maurizio. On the menu are finger-licking Buffalo wings with a Gorgonzola dip, sweet barbecue ribs, oven fries with homemade ketchup and a man-sized ice cream sundae with hazelnut crunch.

Buddy Valastro loves to step out of the box to try new things, like Asian cuisine. He makes fresh tuna tartare with crispy wontons, a delicious macadamia-crusted mahi mahi, garlic-ginger spinach and, for dessert, homemade coconut tapioca pudding.

Buddy Valastro is joined by his Auntie Anna and Uncle Cosmo to make some of his family's favorite comfort foods. There's bruschetta with olives, tomatoes and capers and his mama's chicken soup, and Auntie Anna makes her frittata with onions and peppers.

Buddy Valastro makes a soup and sandwich fiesta, pairing minestrone with a turkey-artichoke panini, French onion soup with croque monsieurs and New Jersey clam chowder with a BLT.

Buddy Valastro is making poultry exciting! Nothing gets his mouth watering like Tamari and Garlic Chicken with Coconut Rice and Sausage-Stuffed Turkey Rollatini. His Chicken Francaise is a guaranteed hit, too.

It's Valentines Day! Buddy Valastro turns his kitchen into a French bistro when he and Mauro make a feast for Lisa and Madeline. The menu includes Steak au Poivre, Frisee Salad with Pancetta and Poached Egg, a delicious Potato Gratin and Eclairs.

Buddy Valastro's favorite takeout is Chinese food, so he's making it himself at home. He prepares salt and pepper shrimp, delicious pork potstickers with dipping sauce, beef with bok choy and, of course, fried rice Buddy-style!

Buddy Valastro and his two favorite Lisas -- his wife and his sister -- go south of the border. Their Mexican fiesta includes sizzling steak fajitas with roasted tomato salsa, double-decker quesadillas and decadent churros with chili chocolate sauce. Ole!

Buddy Valastro gets help from his butchers to bring the steakhouse home. On the menu, he's making an Iceberg Wedge with Gorgonzola, a hearty Rib-Eye Steak and Sauce with a side of Creamed Spinach and crispy Buttermilk Onion Rings.

Buddy Valastro's sister, Grace, stops by to show off her famous meatloaf, and Buddy adds a few of his own staples: Mashed Potatoes and the Ultimate Mac 'n' Cheese. For a perfect ending to such a comfortable day, they dig into dreamy Apple Crisp a la Mode.

Buddy Valastro cooks a special meal for his cousin and sister-in-law. He makes a light Pasta Salad with Chickpeas and Olives, an Italian Sausage Boil with Asiago-Garlic Bread and a mean Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding.

Mozzarella is staple in Italian food, and Buddy Valastro's father-in-law, Mauro, has been making it from scratch for years. Mauro shows how to make fresh mozz for Buddy's Bocconcini in Herbs and Oil, Tuscan Tri-Colored Salad and savory Frittelle.

With the help of his three kids, Buddy Valastro whips up some of their favorites, like Baked Chicken Fingers with Curly Fries, Mama's Broccoli and Garlic and Pastina with Cream Cheese.

Buddy Valastro is bringing the Mardi Gras party home by cooking Oysters Rockefeller, Buddy's Muffuletta and Seafood and Sausage Gumbo. He finishes things off with a traditional King Cake.

Pizza night gets an upgrade! Buddy Valastro's cousins, Mark and Vinny, lend a hand to make unique pizzas, like a Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Pizza. There's also Fennel and Sausage Pizza, Grilled Shrimp and Pesto Pizza and Cinnamon and Sugar Pizza.

Buddy Valastro's Aunt Nina joins him to help make some authentic Italian dishes from the sea. They prepare some of Buddy's favorites straight from Italy, including Zuppa di Baccala, Insalata di Frutti di Mare and Crispy Fried Smelts.

Cake Boss Buddy Valastro shares his favorite chocolate recipes, including Black Forest Roulade, Chocolate Creme Brulee and decadent Chocolate Profiteroles.
