Anwar is the story of a Muslim boy, who is trapped in a temple and mistaken for a terrorist. The situation becomes worse as rumours spread like wildfire and everybody from the media and politicians to the police try to manoeuvre it for their own benefit, without bothering about the facts or the man, himself.
