The arrival of Anastasia Cardona to Miami not only changes her own life but also that of Conrado San Miguel, Adan Romero and their families. In this city, which once radiated sunshine and peace, these three characters become allies. They face a deadly war over control of the drug business in South Florida in the late 1970's, all while battling the internal wars of their own emotions and desires.
