In 2013 Edward Snowden quietly leaves his job at the NSA and flies to Hong Kong to meet with journalists Glenn Greenwald and Ewen MacAskill , and filmmaker Laura Poitras to reveal U.S. government cyber surveillance programs of epic proportions.
