Saindhav (Venkatesh), a single parent, lives a peaceful life with his daughter. However, everything changes when he learns that his daughter is ill, and he is unwillingly thrust into the dark world of the medical mafia. Things however take a twist when Saindhav decides to confront Vikas Malik (Nawazuddin Siddiqui), the leader of the medical mafia, in a desperate bid to save his daughter.
