Raja Chinna Roja is a Tamil Children film. An aspiring young wannabe actor Rajinikanth from a village comes to Chennai to search for an opportunity. One day, he accidentally meets his childhood friend Raghuvaran who offers him an acting job and takes him to his uncle's house. Rajinikanth is to be in charge of the administration of the household and take care of five children.
