The capital cities of the British Isles play host to a competition to find the UK and Ireland's most talented portrait artistsand to celebrate the art of portraiture. Our competition is open to hobbyists, amateurs and professionals in all media(excluding sculpture, photography and video). The regional winners will be displayed at The National Portrait Gallery
