Vacu Girl is a teenage supervillain with super-powerful vaccum-cleaner tubes growing out from her sides. Her motto is 'The world's a mess and I'm gonna clean it up" Each time she strikes the Power Family flies to the rescue but she's fast and continually evades them.

When Norman falls behind on his homework Edith and Irwin take his TV away. Unfortunately for everyone else, however, Dr Smooth has come up with a subliminal "Fear-Wave" that uses TV signals as a carrier. Anyone watching TV is hypnotised into being absolutely terrified - By absolutely everything!

Baby IQ is working on a new experiment, designed to create an anti-Super-Villain forcefield for the house however it instead propels the entire house into another dimension! Norman goes to school to find that Martin is dating Pamela and is the school's coolest kid.

The Nicelies spend the day at the zoo, zapping all the animals with a device that in a blinding flash miniaturizes them. The thinking behind this is that the animals can have more living space. But when the Power family bring the device home Norman is accidentally hit by the rays and slowly starts getting smaller and smaller.

Norman wakes up to find that his parents, teachers and every adult within a fifty-mile radius have disappeared! It doesn't take long to discover that Dr. Smooth is up to his old tricks and has invented a "Disappearing Adult Device" or D.A.D.

When billionaires, Zelda Hinklebottom-Smythe (aka Missy Kaboom), gets a notion to have her scientist invent a zombie making machine she discovers it requires a special crystal that has to be zapped by a power laser.

Irwin has a birthday, and suddenly launches into a mid-life crisis. He refuses to be old and decides he's going to immerse himself in youth culture, in the company of... Norman! Norman has to suffer the hideous embarrassment of his father wanting to hang out with him and Martin.

Norman is returning home on the school bus with George when suddenly the bus finds itself teetering dangerously on a wobbling bridge. Dr Smooth has used his new "Molecular Destabilizer" ray on the bus to wreak havoc.

Dr. Smooth returns from a class reunion determined to get his revenge on the ultra-successful communication guru, Rudy Glick, who jeered and laughed at Smooth's achievements in front of all his peers. Meanwhile Norman is attempting to finish off his school science project (a working satellite dish) but he's not quite there yet.

The Power Family has just battled with Plasmo, their most formidable adversary in recent weeks. As Plasmo flees, he leaves behind the cutest pet anyone has ever seen, the fuzzy Chihuahua-like Dweezil. Susie wants nothing more than to bring it home, and Irwin and Edith have to give in.

Norman tries to convince his best friend Martin to go fishing having just read the adventures of Huckleberry Finn. But Martin thinks the idea is un-cool so Norman sets off on his own on an unnaturally hot December day. Down by the river he meets a strange young boy called Hank and together they get up to all sorts of mischief and fun.

Norman has a fantasy of himself as a world-famous guitarist and decides that he is going to take on extra work so that he can buy the most expensive guitar in the music store. His family are not convinced that he can hold down all the jobs he intends to get (including waiting tables and babysitting), and do all his homework as well.

As part of a school assignment Norman has to write a five-page essay on what he wants to be when he grows up! But despite his fantasises and his family's not very encouraging suggestions he cannot come up with anything that feels right for him.
