Bhola, a real estate broker, offers Motu, Patlu and Dr. Jhatka a plush flat for dirt cheap price. But the group soon realize that they were being tricked into buying a rusty and shaky flat. And things get worse when a bunch of goons force them to sign an agreement. How will the group sneak their way out of Modern City?

The mobile revolution has arrived in Furfuri Nagar. And the people in the town are walking on thin ice as they can't get their eyes off their new tech. Motu and Patlu decide to help the zoned-out people from running into any danger. But they accidentally rescue a smuggler, who was being tailed by Chingum. How will the duo amend their mistake?

John's running out of time after signing a contract to build a big house for a businessman. But he uses his wicked brain and dresses up as a King and promises to marry his daughter to Ghaseetaram if he builds the house within a day. Ghaseetaram takes Motu and Patlu's help, but will he be able to deliver John's promise on time?

John's scientist friend, Virus, gives him a diaper that is impossible to remove once worn. The wicked John sneaks into Motu's house and attaches the diaper on him. With Motu becoming the laughing stock in Furfuri Nagar, will he ever find a way out of this diaper conundrum?

John cheats Motu and Patlu and the other residents of Furfuri Nagar and gets their land documents by offering them the military land. He gets a huge amount as his commission by giving the documents to a business man. Will Motu and Patlu learn about John's cheating?

Motu falls prey to John's misleading and decides to build his father's dream bungalow. He borrows his neighbours' and friends' land documents and sells his own house to raise fund to fulfill his father's dream. Will Motu learn about John's misleading?

Motu spots his boxer friend struggling to park the car, so he asks him to step down and let him do the favour. While trying to park Motu accidentally breaks the rear window glass. How will Motu-Patlu manage to overcome this situation?

Dr Virus presents John with a sneezing spray, which will knock out the entire place down when sneezed. He uses it on Motu trying to cause him trouble. Motu gets a lot of whack from his uncontrolled strong sneezing. How will Motu and Patlu manage to overcome this situation?

John gets his hands on a book, which holds a reference about a magical bungalow know as Phisalekar ka bungalow. He plans to get Motu-Patlu trapped inside it. How will Motu-Patlu manage to slide through this situation?

Dr Jhatka invents the machine to summon aliens to help in doing daily chores. Everyone is interested in getting a helper to do their daily chores, even John sneaks in and summons a helper for himself. What would be the consequence of summoning aliens, would it bring trouble to Furfuri Nagar?

With the help of his friends, John steals an ATM. Now it is up to Motu and Patlu who are tasked with guarding the ATM to retrieve it. But how will they catch John?

John plans to use Motu and Patlu to steal the royal crown and necklace from the Furfuri Nagar jewellery shop. Firstly, he disguises himself as a prince and then a fortune teller, to execute his master-plan. Will he be successful in getting the crown and tarnish Motu and Patlu's reputation?

Motu and Patlu take part in the Furfuri Nagar tricycle race to win one lakh prize money and donate it to the local school. However, John plans on to win the race unfair and keeps the prize money for himself. Will John's end up defeated as usual or something new waits for him?
