Rane is a police officer in pursuit of an elusive gangster, P.C. Mathur. Rane falls prey to the corrupt and powerful gangsters by getting framed for a murder. After serving his sentence, Rane evolves into an underworld figure known as Rana, and is assisted by a dynamic man, Jai. Can Jai help Rana in bringing down the notorious P.C. Mathur and his syndicate or will he have to do it all himself?
