Gino tackles a challenging outdoor space: a high-rise terrace in Manhattan. Working 11 stories high in a confined area, tensions mount as Gino and his brother Ralph try to make sure these city dwellers get their money's worth.

Bryan and Barbra's front yard is empty except for the crabgrass & their backyard is an overcrowded jungle gym that their kids have taken over. Both yards get renovated with a paver patio and steps, landscaping and synthetic turf.
