When Suryam (Chiranjeevi), a criminal out for vengeance is injured in a shoot out by the cops, he takes shelter in the house of Sujatha (Sumalatha), a doctor. When Sujatha demands to know the truth, Suryam tells her how he lost his Father, Sister and his farm and also had to give up his lady love Madhulatha (Madhavi) because of the treachery of Veerabhadraiah (Rao Gopal Rao).
