Harish Iyer is a well-known LGBTQIA+ activist who also fights for rights of women| children| animals| and the survivors of child abuse. He was one of the most vocal opponents of the criminalisation of homosexuality in India and has been highlighting the plight of the LGBTQIA+ community since the very beginning.
