When Suraj, a rich entrepreneur plans to build a hotel, he assigns his secretary, Lalwani to look for a scenic plot on the outskirts. Lalwani taking this opportunity to make some money teams up with a corrupt contractor to buy a plot which is actually a cemetery. Mysterious incidents take place once the hotel is built and one by one all the people involved with the hotel, die.
