High school teacher Paul Finklestein (Fink) begins his quest to bring healthy food to his high school.

The students are on their way to Toronto where Fink has told them they will eat at a first class, slow food, local restaurant. His real plans, however, are to have them cook at a soup kitchen to learn valuable lessons.

Fink helps Tommy work out a diet and helps him stay in shape.

An opportunity has come up that may allow the group to make over half the money they need to fund their trip to Italy.

With the High School Cooking Skills competition coming up, Fink pairs several finalist students with local chefs for training.
