Sara stumbles her way to the underground nightclub El Calentito. The venue plays host to up-and-coming musical group Las Sioux, an all-girl rock band fronted by Joan Jett look-a-like Carmen, a lesbian, and Leo, who is always partially naked. Sara gets invited to perform with the band and night of her debut, a cultural uprising occurs leading to a thrilling night of wild, uninhibited celebrations.
