Fred's 1986 Toyota rock-crawler, Clampy has been sitting for about five years and he is ready to take it on an adventure. Fred and Dave venture to California to test how it handles different off-road terrain.

Most of the time Dave has to go along with Fred's crazy ideas, but this time Dave gets to choose the next project. They head to Idaho to explore an off-road junkyard where Dave picks a surprise project.

Fred and Dave challenge the guys from Roadkill Garage (David Freiburger and Steve Dulcich) to a no-holds-barred Jeep build-off. Both teams have a week to build a Jeep and get them ready.

The Dirt Heads are on a mission to find a vehicle to go ice racing in Colorado and end up getting their hands on an all-wheel-drive Chevy Astro van.

Fred and Dave bring back Cheap Truck Challenge, but this time it's all Jeep XJ Cherokees. The guys build three different XJs with various first-time upgrades lift, lockers, and a winch.

Fred and Dave go find overlanding adventure with a posse of wacky lawn tractor creators from Oregon's Gambler 500. The one requirement is that they'll need to be able to cut the grass when they reach their destination.

When Fred and Dave first took a 1975 Winnebago and created the "Off-Roaderhome," it looked cool, but didn't run very well. They'll swap in a big-horsepower engine to see if this motor home can do a burnout like a normal car.

Sometimes good fun turns into a bad idea, especially if it involves driving a 4x4 into a pond, river or lake. Fred and Dave drag a Dodge truck out of a pond and go through all the steps needed to get it back up and running again.

When Fred buys an International Scout with a camper on top, it's time for an adventure. But first, he and Dave head to Anything Scout to fix up the old overlander and transform it into a trail machine with a house on the back.

Fred and Dave have driven their 1997 Jeep Wrangler Tube Sock underwater, but now they want to make it float. The little Jeep gets 24 tires looking for enough buoyancy to float on the Susquehanna River and drag race a paddleboat.

Fred and Dave demonstrate how to build a rockcrawling truck in the driveway, using a low-buck Mazda 4x4. The build gets out of hand fast, and soon they are swapping one-ton axles under the little truck to spin big 40-inch tires.

Fred and Dave transform a new Jeep Gladiator into the Gladia-Tow, an off-road tow truck built to rescue new project trucks. Then they head out into the wilderness to bring back an old Jeep truck that is buried in the woods.
