As a combat physician with the US Army in the deserts of Iraq, Dr. Sudip Bose faced brutal conditions to deliver aid to wounded soldiers. Now, this world-renowned physician saves lives in the deadly deserts and oil fields of West Texas.

It is already a busy morning when a helicopter lands at the highest-level trauma center covering the largest geographic area in the United States. The sound of the incoming chopper takes Dr. Bose back to his days in some of the fiercest battles in the deserts of Iraq.
