The crew of the luxury yacht Sirocco sets sail in the waters off of Croatia. Hannah and Bobby are joined by seven new shipmates. Hannah is used to running the interior her way, but suddenly finds herself at odds with a seasoned new leader - Captain Sandy.

Hannah continues to struggle with working under Captain Sandy. Sandy realizes her crew has a lot to learn. Bobby develops a crush on Malia and rushes to her aid when she suffers a freak accident.

The rift between Bobby and Hannah grows. Bobby calls out Lauren for having an affair with one of his friends, leaving Lauren feeling ostracized.
