At the American Royal World Series of Barbecue, pride is on the line for pitmasters Tim Grant, Rod Gray and Stretch. Three teams battle over pork spare ribs and burnt ends for the title of BBQ Pitmasters Kansas City Champion.

North Carolina pitmasters Zach Goodyear, Debbie Holt and Sam Jones compete with their best pork shoulder and pork belly to claim the title of BBQ Pitmasters North Carolina Champion.

Kentucky pitmasters John Foreman, Roy Henry and Mike Ramage make mutton shoulder and fresh bone-in ham for the title of BBQ Pitmasters Kentucky Champion.
