Episode 1 - The making of an action star, auditions. 25 girls will eventually be eliminated down to 8 contestants. The girls learn karate and grappling techniques.

Episode 2 - The girls will learn a choreographed action scene with Hollywood weapons and firearms in an action setting.

Episode 3 - A surprise bikini contest. The girls work the camera for the action poster.

Episode 4 - The girls get into an acting contest. They have to pick 2 monologues with only 5 minutes to review. They pick their own clothes and do their own makeup, and then they perform in front of judges.

Episode 5 - A stunt camp for a day. 25 foot high falls. Air bags. Climbing Obstacles. Learning what it takes to be a brave stunt performer.

Episode 6 - Stunt camp learning how to use weapons in film. And how to react to hits in fight scenes.

Episode 7 - The glamour episode. The girls choose outfits from a rack and do their own makeup according to the setting being presented to them.

Episode 8 - Working the red carpet. How to work a crowd and photographers during promotional events. How to handle a drunk trying to grope them.

Episode 9 - Hidden cameras follow the girls as they think they're going home to directors and producers. Their morals will be tested as the men try to kiss them and get their phone numbers.

Episode 10 - The girls are going through a difficult obstacle course where they have to use all they have learned earlier. They must collect flags while fighting off stuntmen.

Episode 11 - Six judges are lined up in front of the scene. This is part one of the final eliminations. Each girl will be judged on her total performance throughout the show.
