As a young boy, Shankar is framed for a theft but escapes from the police. With nobody to look after him, he starts to work under Raja Babu, a fierce criminal and grows up to be a gang member called Shaka. However, due to certain incidents, his conscience is pricked and so he decides to turn over a new leaf. But Raja Babu pulls him back into the muck of crime thus preventing to lead a happy life.
