During the Paris floods of 1910, a monster wreaks havoc in the city. Although hunted relentlessly by the tireless Prfet Maynott, the monster cannot be found. It turns out that the best hiding place for a monster in Paris is the Rare Bird cabaret in Montmartre where the star performer Lucille is on stage every night. Will Lucille join forces with a scientist and his monkey to help save the day?
