Esteban travels Chilean's North along the highway following in Isabel's footsteps. His route takes him through different towns across a desolate and unknown Chile, to the very same places where Isabel had been, and where he encounters the same people she encountered. His journey becomes an end in itself, in a spectacle of characters and landscapes that are as unreal as they are real.
