General Davidson makes a visit to USAG Stroopsdorf and insults The Colonel by tasking him with commanding the unit of traffic during a Tank Maneuver. The Colonel devises a plan to steal a tank to prove he is still in his prime. Captain Quinn wants to earn her father’s respect and organizes her own secret tank heist mission.

The Colonel transforms into the over-protective father Captain Maggie never asked for but might reluctantly admit she needs, when her on-off boyfriend, CIA Agent Rick, drops by the base for a weekend visit.

Everyone in town is talking about the upcoming Korfball match between the Americans and the Dutch. The Colonel refuses to lose to the Dutch and Captain Quinn brings out her high school alter ego “The Rocket” to make her dad proud.
