Families of the Mafia

Karen embarks on a journey from Staten Island to Arizona with her daughter Karina to visit her father, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, after his release from prison. Jess attempts to let Billy back into Taylor and Joe's lives.

Karina makes amends with her dad, which causes Dennie to reflect on her relationship with her own biological father. Karen and Ramona begin to butt heads at the restaurant. While Jess is out of town, Joe begins to spiral out of control.

Karen and the crew celebrate the grand opening of her restaurant, which includes an unexpected guest. Billy continues to make amends with Taylor and Joe. CP disappoints his family when he doesn't show up for his sister's birthday.

Joe learns his fate after his court date, while Billy meets Taylor's boyfriend for the first time. Karina's relationship with Paulie comes to a head after his jealousy hits an all-time high.

The crew heads up to the Poconos to get out of Staten Island, where Paulie and Karina's relationship is tested. Jess introduces Taylor and Joe to her new love interest. Gina continues on her path toward clearing her record.

A shocking loss turns everyone's world upside down. Karen and Karina are faced with a tough decision...will they leave Staten Island for good? CP reunites with his father as he gets out of prison.
