Moses Jones

When a mutilated dead body is discovered in the Thames, Moses Jones is put on the case by his superiors at Scotland Yard, simply because of his ethnic heritage. Paired with DS Dan Twentyman the two are at a loss as to whether to put the mysterious death down to ritualistic murder, terrorism, organized crime or the work of a lunatic.
