The Boogie Man creates perpetual night by launching a disco ball to block out the sun. Then, Al Lusion pulls off his greatest stunt yet when he comes back from the dead as the zombie Abracadaver to haunt Townsville.

The Gangreen Gang gets hold of the Powerpuff Girls' Hotline and makes prank calls sending the Powerpuff Girls on a wild goose chases all over town. Later, Him's evil gas turns the entire town against their favorite superheroes.

There's a perfect superhero in town. The girls prove that even though they're minors, they're still the major part of saving the day. Then, Mojo kidnaps the Professor and forces him to give him the same superpowers as the girls.

When Buttercup's taunting turns her classmate into a monster, she gets out of a situation by doing something against her nature. Then, Blossom discovers she has a new power. When she doesn't use her gift wisely, she gets a chilly reception.

Bubbles is tired of people dismissing her as more sugar than spice. She sets out to prove she's hardcore. Then, after Mojo kidnaps and blindfolds him, the Mayor has to rely on the girls' accounts of the crime to figure out what happened.

Bubbles saves a seemingly innocent kitty from the clutches of an evil villain. When Fuzzy Lumkkns throws his hat into the mayoral ring and claims a surprise victory, it's up to the girls to wrestle for the office.

The girls lose their baseball at Mojo's house, offering him the perfect opportunity to destroy the superheroines. Then, a bleach spill turns Rainbow the Clown into the malevolent Mr. Mime.
