With Dutchess doing her own thing, Ceaser focuses on the shop and all of the drama that comes with it. Puma's world begins to collapse around him when Quani tells Puma that she is unhappy in their marriage.

Dutchess meets Quani for dinner and invites her to join her upcoming trip to Paris. But when Sassy stops by to say hi, she invites herself along. Ceaser and the crew celebrate the new shop renovations.

Ceaser begins having second thoughts about his former flame. Sky tries to teach Ceaser a lesson in love. O'S**t and baby mama #3, Anya, head to the hospital to welcome Baby Khody to the family.

Ceaser surprises Dutchess in Paris. Walt, Ted and O'S**t hold down the fort back in Harlem and get a surprise visit from Puma who comes to check out the new shop. Sky confronts her mother about her mysterious past.

Ceaser throws a party to celebrate the shop's grand reopening but Puma shows up making fun of the remodel. Heads roll when Puma drops a chicken wing on the floor, ending the truce between Ceaser and Puma.

Ceasar reveals news about Puma and Ink 124 to the crew. O'S**t fails his drug test and is given two options, Riker's or Rehab. Puma can't handle Tamia's "Terrible Twos" and shows up at Quani's job.

After going missing for a few days, Ceaser and Dutchess finally show up at the shop and Donna gives Ceaser a piece of her mind...until the boss man has had enough and reminds Donna who is in charge.

With Anya recovering in the hospital, O'S**t tells Donna to go packing. Sassy introduces her new girlfriend to the crew at Ink 124. Ceaser, Dutchess and Ted head to Arizona after hearing Sky has been arrested.

Ted's true feelings about Sky come to light. Donna deals with backlash from her altercation with Anya, while O'S**t fights to stay sober. Puma's business partner tries to bring old friends back together.

Ceaser and Big Joe show up at Puma's door wondering why he didn't show at the Black Ink photo shoot. O'S**t heads to court to find out the outcome of his gun charge. A full-blown riot ensues when Quani shows up outside Black Ink

The pressure is on for Ceaser when Dutchess' parents arrive for their engagement party. Quani and Puma, still reeling from the recent conflict outside of Black Ink, make it clear that this war isn't over.

Ted surprises Sky as she's freed from Tent City. Kathie shows up at the shop with her DNA results for O'S**t. Puma formulates a plan to protect his family but when the plan goes left it results in a full-out brawl on the streets

Sky celebrates her newfound freedom. Ceaser makes it clear that anyone associated with Puma is not allowed on his turf. When a surprise visitor arrives, Ted's loyalty to Sky is tested. Sassy is forced to confront Puma.

When Donna speaks her mind one too many times, Ceaser sends her packing. A customer appreciation field trip ends in fireworks when Sky finds out that Ted has been messing around. Puma meets with his partner at Ink 124.

In the wake of Puma's devastating loss of Ink 124, Ceaser is called to meet with Med. Sky goes for a consultation with her doctor for her upcoming surgery and reveals some shocking news about her past.

Ceaser finds himself looking for a house in North Carolina. Daddy Rick fires up the grill for some good old Southern hospitality, and for Ceaser, the pressure is on. Back in Harlem, Sky checks in with Puma and tells him to man up. Presented by VH1.

After turning down a dream offer, Ceaser begins to question the person he is becoming. Sky figures out a way to find closure with a heartbreaking piece of her past. Dutchess is shocked when Ceaser asks for a pre-nup.

In the wake of the pre-nup ask, Dutchess and Ceaser discuss ownership of Black Ink. Quani visits with Tamia, and Puma realizes that the distance is hurting his family. O S**t is at it again and brings in a "friend" for a tattoo.

Donna is finally given her shot at tattooing, but struggles with her emotions over devastating news. Ceaser and Dutchess head to a spiritual advisor. O S**t's new fling, Blue, comes in with a little stick that holds big news.

When a shocking video is played at a mixxxy party, Kathie loses it. Puma reveals some big news to Quani. Dutchess gets her shop up and running, and Ceaser makes a decision that changes the world of Black Ink forever.

In the first ever Black Ink Crew Reunion, host Big Tigger reunites the cast for an exclusive mixxy party to relive three seasons of drama and air each others' dirty laundry. O' Sh*t faces all of the women in his life, Donna finally comes clean about the men of Black Ink and Dutchess flips her lid when Quani calls her out.
