Secret Makeover

Natsu is busy gathering the votes for the upcoming election when her estranged husband turns up to beg her for money. Mitsuko tries to forestall any scandals, but the man brings a whirl of trouble that forces Mitsuko to contend with her past.Meanwhile, Haruto's hunt to learn Mitsuko's identity comes to an end when he learns a shocking truth. Mitsuko is adamant the true cause of the fire six months ago is being swept under the rug and declares an all out war against Haruto by submitting an article detailing his alleged involvement in the arson attack. She warns him not to expect a happily ever after, because she will take everything from him. However, she is driven into a corner. ©NIPPON TV

Chiaki claims Haruto was working with her the day the fire broke out. Her formal statement finally puts the matter of the fire to rest. Undeterred, Mitsuko then finds a secret set of accounts saved to her sister's corporate laptop. This could be just what they need to bring down the Kujos. Meanwhile, Chiaki receives an odd delivery request from Miki Kujo. ©NIPPON TV

The police have now determined that Ken’ichi was murdered. Natsu is declared a potential suspect, and to quell the panicked directors, an emergency meeting will be held in the evening to appoint the next CEO immediately. Natsu has just one day to clear her name before the position of CEO automatically goes to Haruto. ©NIPPON TV

Now that Natsu is finally CEO of Kujo Development, the time has come to find out who really killed Mitsuko’s sister. However, her sister’s diary is stolen and Mitsuko’s room is ransacked. To make matters worse, Natsu is becoming increasingly distant, and even cautions Mitsuko about overstepping her bounds as an outsider of the company. ©NIPPON TV

It seems increasingly likely that Natsu had a hand in the fire that took place six months ago. When Mitsuko confronts Natsu about her role in killing her sister, Natsu flexes her position as CEO to essentially tell Mitsuko to leave the premises. Determined to get to the bottom of things, Mitsuko forms an unlikely alliance in her new plan to take Natsu's CEO title away. ©NIPPON TV

Miki has kidnapped Natsu, but Ms. Isuzu thinks Mitsuko must be the one behind it all and orders the entire building to be searched. Mitsuko is forced to flee and must now rely on Haruto and the others to find Natsu and the one who was behind the fire that took her sister’s life.
