After moving into a new house, Peter's little sister Anne is whisked away by a wicked Moon Man. The only way for Peter to rescue her is by traveling to the moon alongside Mr. Zoomzeman, a friendly elder beetle and the sleepy Mr. Sandman. Together they must race along the Milky Way to stop the man on the moon once and for all.
