After the GIs leave Indochina, a new war breaks out between the drug traffickers and white slavers. Bill (Ron Van Clief), a black American Kung Fu expert, is sent by Interpol to investigate. A pretty Thai girl named Ellisin is sold in Hong Kong to a young laborer, Chan (Carter Wong), whose hobby is Chinese Kung Fu. Forced by the drug syndicate to act as courier, she is rescued by Bill.
