Kao Chi-Ying, when exposing fixed gambling, is killed by underworld strongman Fang Sheng. Kao's daughter, Tien-Feng, goes all out for vengeance. She meets Pao Pao, a lady of loose morals, and Hu Li, a thief. The two decide to help Tien-Feng in her campaign against the underworld. Superb fights from Kurata and Wong Yuan Sun.
