Sulbhatai, a middle class housewife visits her millionaire son Sunil in US, but is shocked by this new way of life. Her daughter in law, Seema, despises her. Unable to cope up, Sulbhatai returns home, but Sunil asks her to come back, to help Seema during her pregnancy.
