University student Kanna, aspiring to become an announcer, gives up on her announcer test and kills her father. The media searches for her motive. Yuki is a certified psychologist. She receives an offer to write a book about Kanna. Yuki talks to Kanna in prison and also to people that are familiar with her. While doing her research, Yuki notices that Kanna is a lot like her younger self.
