Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares

Tim Gray is 21, he is the Head Chef at Bonapartes in Silsden, West Yorkshire and specialises in ‘fine dining’. Unfortunately, as Gordon Ramsay discovers, Tim can’t even cook an omelette.

The venue is The Glass House in Ambleside, where Ramsay finds owner Neil Farrell close to tears as another Saturday night turns into a nightmare.
