Bulldog Drummond's Secret Police (1939) begins with Drummond (John Howard) and his fiancee Phyllis (Heather Angel) planning their lives post-wedding (which hasn't happened yet). But then a series of deaths, and an elusive murderer get in the way of their impending happiness and any other plans they may have.
