Raf works in a local coffee bar, which is also the meeting place of fellow disco-crazy teenagers. He dreams of devoting more time to becoming the best disco dancer. Tony is an action photographer by day, and dancing disco king by night. The two swinging discotheques in town partake in a dancing competition, which Raf and Tony sign up for. Who will be crowned the Disco King?
