When Cybertron is threatened by a colossal black hole, Optimus Prime and the Autobots have no choice but to evacuate the entire planet. A mysterious visitor holds out one hope for salvation... but will a sneak attack by Megatron seal Cybertron's fate?

With the help of their human friends, the Autobots construct a new headquarters on Earth, but will Megatron discover their secret base before it's even finished?

Coby, Lori, and Bud try to help the Autobots maintain their disguises during their stay on Earth, but soon find that concealing their new friends is harder than they think. The real danger comes when an encounter with the Decepticons threatens to expose the Autobots!

Optimus sends Hot Shot and Red Alert to the Speed Planet to search for the first Cyber Planet Key, while Bud finds the Autobots' first clue to the location of the Omega Lock. In the battle for the ancient artifact, the veteran Landmine pushes himself to the limit and beyond. Will he be able to hold off the Decepticons long enough to recover the Omega Lock?

On the Speed Planet, Hot Shot has no choice but to disobey Optimus when Decepticon thugs attack the innocent. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Bud cajoles Scattorshot into taking him on a trip into space, but adventure turns to terror when a stray missile sends them hurtling to the Earth

As the Decepticons close in on the Autobots' Earth base, Hot Shot tries to learn more about the Cyber Planet Key from Clocker and Breakdown. They take him to one of Override's favorite racetracks, and Hot Shot finds himself in a high-speed contest with Megatron!

Starscream and Thundercracker lure Optimus Prime into a deadly trap, while Hot Shot undergoes some dangerous modifications in a desperate attempt to outrace Override and get the Cyber Planet Key. Will Hot Shot show his winning moves, or will he race out of control?

While Megatron searches for the Cyber Planet Key with brute force, the kids and the Minicons take time out for a little fun. The fun comes to an end, however, when the kids' home town is threatened by massive earthquakes. If the Autobots can't find a way to stop the cataclysm, a massive flood will wipe the city out of existence!

Red Alert becomes more and more concerned about the desperate measures Hot Shot is taking to beat Override. Back on Earth, Vector Prime and the kids travel to the Sahara in search of the Omega Lock, but they are attacked by the Starscream and Thundercracker. When Megatron arrives and threatens the kids, Vector Prime is forced to take desperate action.

The search for the Omega Lock heats up as the rest of the Cybertronian refugees join the search. However, the "civilian" Autobots may pay a heavy price when their cooperation puts them in the line of fire. Megatron and Starscream confront the savage denizens of the Jungle Planet. The Autobots are on their heels, but a surprise attack leaves Overhaul stranded, on a ruthless alien world.

While Trailbreaker and Megatron both try to convince the inhabitants of the Jungle Planet of their good intentions, the Autobots investigate yet another manifestation of the Atlantean symbol, this one at the bottom of the Caribbean Sea. The Devil's Triangle holds many secrets, but does it also hold the ancient Omega Lock?

Vector Prime, the Minicons, and the kids find themselves lost in space, aboard an ancient Cybertronian starship. Optimus Prime and the Autobots must find them before the Decepticons do, or their friends, and the Omega Lock, will be lost forever.

The Autobots arrive on the Speed Planet to learn that Hot Shot has been disobeying orders, and Red Alert has been covering for him. Enraged, Optimus suspends them, and goes to meet Override himself. The only way to get the Planet Cup-and Planet Cyber Key-is to beat her on the racetrack. The Autobots must place their trust in the injured Hot Shot... but Hot Shot's wounds aren't physical...

As Hot Shot and the Autobots battle Ransack and Crumplezone in the first round of the race for the Speed Planet Cup, Starscream begins building his forces, and Lori and Bud uncover more clues to the Ancients' prehistoric visit to Earth.

As the race for the Speed Planet Cup continues, Hot Shot teaches Override something about the Autobots' code of honor. Meanwhile, on the Jungle Planet, Overhaul once again faces Scourge... with surprising consequences!

Coby helps Hot Shot train hard for the next leg of the Speed Planet championship race: A brutal off-road challenge full of sand traps and mud pits. Meanwhile, Optimus Prime and Vector Prime answer a mysterious distress call from the Jungle Planet-only to learn that Megatron and Starscream have answered the same call!

The penultimate race in the Speed Planet Cup series is a grueling run. Hot Shot has trained hard, but an all-or-nothing gamble lands him in a dangerous position-and one of his friends must make a terrible sacrifice to save him. Meanwhile, on the Beast Planet, the mysterious Sideways seems to be playing the Autobots and Decepticons against one another... but to what end?

After the terrible injuries sustained in the last race, Hot Shot is in no condition to finish the championship on his own... so Coby must enter the race as Hot Shot's driver! Can the Autobot team hold on 'til the finish? More importantly, will the rightful winner of the Speed Planet Championship be able to claim their prize, or will Megatron seize it for himself?

While investigating strange phenomena at the North Pole, the kids run into Professor Suzuki, who is taking part in a government project to research the same phenomena. Seeing her as a possible ally, Bud and Lori want to tell the Professor about the Transformers' existence, but Coby isn't so sure. Unfortunately, an attack by Starscream may make the discussion moot!

In a confrontation with Megatron and Scourge, Megalion lets his temper get the better of him, and against Optimus' orders, attacks Scourge. Scourge defeats him easily, but seems to have developed a grudging respect for the Autobot. The incident causes a rift between Optimus and Megalion, however... a rift that must be healed if the Autobots are to find the Cyber Planet Key and save the universe!

The stage is set for the final confrontation between Scourge and Optimus Prime. The Autobot team arrives on Jungle Planet, with Override representing Speed Planet... and Lori representing Earth! The Decepticons plan a welcome party for the Autobots, but they can only delay the inevitable final confrontation. Will it be a fight to the finish, or will Lori be able to talk some sense into Scourge?

The Autobots try a desperate ploy to keep the Decepticons from stealing the Jungle Cyber Planet Key: Each pair of Autobots carries a decoy, and only Optimus knows who has the real chip. The galaxy's fate may be decided in a colossal battle spanning all the terrains of the Jungle Planet. Meanwhile, at Earth's North Pole, Professor Suzuki makes an astonishing discovery.

With the awakening of the monster-hunting Autobot Crosswise, the secret history of Earth and Cybertron begins to be revealed. The Autobots are drawn to a hidden cavern filled with terrifying ancient Decepticons- where they run into none other than Starscream!

In an effort to find Earth's Cyber Planet Key Starscream unleashes the monstrous ancient Decepticons. As Optimus and the Autobots battle the horde, together with newfound allies Crosswise and Evac, it's up to Coby, Lori, and Bud to prove to Colonel Franklin that the Autobots are the good guys!

When the Minicons rescue the kids from military custody, Sideways learns the location of the Autobots' base. Soon every Decepticon in North America is descending on Coby's home town. The Autobots realize that to protect the Cyber Planet Keys and the humans of Earth, there's only one option: Take the Omega Lock and abandon the Earth base.
