Dae-kwon is a NIS agent specializing in wiretapping. On the verge of demotion, he receives an order from Mr. Kim, his senior: surveilling a well-known politician and his family in house arrest. That politician, Lee Eui-min, is the opposition party's frontrunner for the next presidency. Disguising as next-door neighbors, Dae-kwon and his team must find evidence to stop him from running.
