On Martha's Vineyard, where presidents and celebrities vacation, trophy homes are threatening to destroy the unique character of the island. Bumping up against angry homeowners and builders who look the other way, one carpenter takes off his tool belt and picks up a camera. After filming for years, he works with his town and attempts to pass a bylaw limiting house size.
